Find out on Monday whether the week fits, not on Friday
Most work tools track what you have agreed to do. None of them tell you whether it is possible. This one puts the hours you actually have next to the work you have committed to, and says plainly when there are more of one than the other.
The number nobody shows you
It works out how much focus time the rest of the week realistically holds, subtracts your meetings, and compares that against the work due inside it. When there is more work than time, it says so and names what is most at risk.
The recommendation is never to work harder. It is that something moves, gets smaller, or slips — and that choosing now beats finding out on Friday afternoon.
Estimate in blocks, then learn how wrong you are
Every task carries an estimate in focus blocks. Complete one and it counts against that estimate, and after three finished tasks it tells you whether you consistently underestimate and by roughly how much.
You can also write a line for each block — what you actually intend to do inside it. That line shows under the timer while it runs, so you start with a specific instruction you chose while thinking clearly.
Meetings that produce something
Keep the agenda and the notes if you want them. What matters is the follow-ups: write down what anyone agreed to do, then turn each into a real task with a real deadline in a single click. It inherits the project, and the meeting keeps a link back so nothing is recorded twice.
Every follow-up that has not yet become a task is listed on the dashboard, because that is the thing that quietly gets forgotten.
Projects that measure themselves
Set milestones and the percentage follows them, because milestones are your deliberate statement of what finished means. Without them it falls back to blocks completed against blocks estimated.
Projects with open work and no blocks logged are flagged as stalled — usually before you have noticed yourself.
Common questions
Is this an employee monitoring tool?
No, and it never will be. There is no manager view, no reporting to anyone, and nothing is shared. It is a personal tool and your data belongs to you.
Do I need the study features?
No. Choose work when you sign up and the flashcards, practice papers and subject materials are hidden. You can switch at any time without losing anything.
What does it cost?
The timer, calendar, goals, projects, meetings and workload check are free. Only AI generation costs credits — ten free, then $6.99 a month.
Does it connect to my work calendar?
Not yet. You add meetings and focus blocks yourself, which is quick, and means nothing of yours is sent to a third party.
