The whole session, in one room

A timer in one tab, a summariser in another, flashcards in an app that has never seen your notes. Every handoff between them is friction, and friction is where sessions die. This is all of it in one place.

Tools that pass work between them

The notes you distil become the cards you review. The cards you fail become the questions on your test. The questions you miss land in a journal that keeps them until you have genuinely learned them. Nothing is retyped and nothing is lost between tools.

Shared by everyone: the focus timer, the calendar, goals across four horizons, the document distiller, the notebook, and a dashboard that tells you what to pick up first and why.

Set it up for studying, or for work

Choose one when you sign up and the tools follow. Studying adds flashcards with spaced repetition, practice papers, a journal that keeps every mistake until you have cleared it twice, and twenty-one subject spaces with free materials.

Work adds projects with milestones that measure themselves, a meeting log where follow-ups become real tasks in a click, and a workload check that tells you whether the week actually fits before it goes wrong.

Switching in Settings hides what you are not using. It never deletes anything.

Free where it costs us nothing

The timer, all the soundscapes and music, your notebook, the subject spaces, cards you write yourself, the whole spaced repetition system and the practice journal are free and stay free.

Generating notes, cards and papers costs real money per request, so that part runs on credits — ten to try it, then $6.99 a month.

Twenty-one subjects with materials that are actually free

Mathematics through to music theory, each with its topics, a reference card of what you should know cold, and five sources chosen because they are genuinely good — MIT OpenCourseWare, OpenStax, PhET, the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, Cornell's Legal Information Institute, IMSLP.

Every source is described so you know what is in it before you click.

Common questions

Is zenvic free?

The core tools are free forever. AI generation runs on credits: ten free when you sign up, then $6.99 a month for 200.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in a browser on a laptop or a phone.

Does my work sync between devices?

Yes. It is saved to your account, so a deck made on a laptop is on your phone.

Who is it for?

Anyone with more to do than time — school, university, or work. You choose which when you sign up, and each gets its own tools on top of the shared timer, calendar, goals and notes.
